- For changes in livestock distribution etc we should look at Mario Herrero and his group. Emerging infectious disease and One Health as a growth area.
- Changes in the Lab we could do the BecA-Hub refurbishment and move from BT. Dorice Terik should be able to help with this topic and provide pictures, etc.
- Changes in technology, Biotech can do quite a bit: DNA sequencing, genomics and high throughput screens, reverse immunology, computational biology and move to grids and clouds, smart phones, proteomics, RNAseq, old genotyping methods becoming redundant, etc?
